The Stone Carving Studio is an non for profit social enterprise established in 2010, set in the stunning grounds of Stanmer Organics, Stanmer Park, Brighton.
Providing mentoring and tutoring for students interested in stone sculpture, all levels and abilities from 7 to 99 years old. Courses are tailored to the individual or groups.
Focused on the preservation of the traditional skills of stone carving and masonry, as well as introducing sculpture, its methods and mediums to a wider audience with in the local community.
Drop in Fridays – please call mark to book a place maximum 4 places, drop by to have a go between 11-3pm
Volunteers welcome to help with some larger projects.
Commissions are accepted, as are public and community projects.
